- The return is requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
2. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your name, order #, and return reason.
3. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item).
- Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
- We recommend using the original packaging to protect the item during transit.
4. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will initiate the refund process.
- Refunds will be issued via Bank deposit, PayPal, GCash, Maya or store credit.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you'll need to initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the order. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
